The 2005 Manchester Festival
Barnaby Bear and the 2004 Manchester Festival Children's Parade

Where: Manchester Library parking lot Who: The Manchester Festival is an MCA sponsored event, held for the enjoyment of the community of Manchester and all of its guests and visitors. All proceeds from MCA booths go toward the production of this and other community events and activities. |
Please join the Manchester Community Association, Blockwatch, Friends of the Manchester Library, Kitsap Regional Library and a host of other local folks for another exciting community get-together! We'll have games, demonstrations, massages, arts and crafts, wonderful products sold by local entrepreneurs, delicious food and much more.
Be sure to arrive at the parking lot outside the library by noon, so you won't miss our famous annual Children's Parade, organized by the library. Even better, march with us in the parade! Kids, friendly pets, costumes, bicycles and your unique sense of style are what make the parade so much fun.
We'll see you there!
