About The Manchester Community Association

The Manchester Community Association (MCA) is a state-registered non-profit organization. The main goal of the MCA is to sponsor and promote events that benefit the community of Manchester, WA, giving local residents opportunities to get together, have fun, and celebrate the culture of their hometown.

Membership of the MCA is composed of residents of varied backgrounds who appreciate the unique character of Manchester. Everyone who loves Manchester is invited and encouraged to join the MCA, lending their energy to help produce the local events that have become community traditions and generate new ideas.

Lest there be any confusion, we should note that there is another entity in town called the "MCA" -- the Manchester Christian Academy. For the record, we are entirely separate organizations. However, the Academy, like the Community Association, holds community programs and events and we do work together on projects such as the Community Christmas Tree, with which the Academy has lent generous support in the past.

On these pages, we hope you will find the answers to some of your questions about Manchester, MCA sponsored events, and the Manchester Community Association. if you'd like to learn more, please drop us a line at info@manchesterca.org!
